SATURDAY 8AM (AFTER SWIM) RUN WORKOUT ON KEY BISCAYNE
After the swim head out for your weekly long run on the friendly run paths of Key Biscayne.
SUNDAY 7AM GROUP BIKE FROM DEERING ESTATE /KEY BISCAYNE
Weekly long ride with teammates. The Deering Estate group heads south while there is usually a group riding the Key Biscayne loop as well.
MEETINGS AND CLINICS AT MACK CYCLE
Our best retail partner, Mack Cycle, will host several meetings and clinics on site for us. 5995 Sunset Ave in South Miami.
