Starting anything new can be intimidating.  Why not join a program where everyone else is at the same point you are- the beginning.  The Miami Tri Club offers a comprehensive Beginner Program led by Miami's top coaches.  The program consists of a combination of beginner specific workouts and clinics as well as group workouts.  Our expert coaches, sponsors, and partners will take all of the guesswork and intimidation off your shoulders.  All you have to do is show up, learn, practice, and have fun.

Each athlete receives a training plan designed to start from square one.  You will learn the basics and progress in a manner that ensures long term success and fun.  Think you're a little more advanced then some beginners?  No problem we have many different plans to meet your needs and goals.
